I was looking online at Weight Watchers, Bally Total Fitness and curves.They all seem so good. I would like a combo of going to a gym with personal trainer and someone to teach me about healthy eating because I want it a lifestyle change.I'm confused because there are so many options out there. I hope to lose 50 pounds or help more.Please
