How do I file a formal complaint against Bally Total Fitness complaint department thats not there?

I signed up through this program I was 8 weeks off. They charged me 4 weeks after my membership "." I signed the contract and understand the technicalities, but I had a cuopon during 8 weeks free. I have two 1 / 2 hour personal training sessions the coach asked me to buy 16 or more sessions as $ 700. I said I would think. b4 our and 2nd session called and said she had decided not to obtain 2 i training.When actually was in my personal session that was put into a room hassel and some other lady tells me that Abe Gonn wasent able 2 if you couldnt do it alone and let Outta pocket to put it on a credit card in the meantime, the coach I sat in a corner of the room with folded arms I was there for 15 minutes. I called and complained and a club transfferd far differently my house instead of being as one would like CX. I complained until I got outta the contract. Now, a week after the account charge of $ 39.what should I do?
