The question begs to be answered … "Can you really build muscle in the gym of Chuck Norris?" That's the question recently asked a friend of mine. After seeing all the Total Gym (TG) and his recent infomercials a dollar free trial offer, the question was … "Is it really build muscle and lose the spare tire I use Chuck Norris Total Gym's? "

As someone who has been involved in bodybuilding and the fitness industry over 30 years, I know that any exercise program combined with proper nutrition and rest produces results! For me the question can not do the Chuck Norris home gym getting results, but is a better alternative to Bowflex, gyms and more available in the market.

To Responding to that question must first consider what the physical and / or body building goals are. For most women today, I imagine that the loss of body fat and pounds and inches is probably falling on top of your list. For men who are reading this … I guess you want to get a flat stomach, and increase lean muscle mass you have in your body.

If these are your goals (or similar), then the Total Gym is an excellent choice for you. This piece of exercise equipment used the most important principle in the construction or layout of muscle size. That principle is, resistance progressive.

The GT is different than most home gyms. Use your own body weight as resistance. This may provide some fitness enthusiast benefits.
