Now wait a second. This isn’t what you think! It’s not like every other gym across the world that you need to travel to at all hours of the night. This is actually a fitness program you can do right from your very own home – at your own pace, while being comfortable and safe. Heck, you can even do it in your pajamas if you so choose.
