Bally Total Fitness Hours Workout
How much muscle can I expect to build more than a summer vacation?
I go to a Bally Total Fitness. I'm going under a training regimen football intense sounds. My arms are a little thinner (not thin thin, but not as big as I want them to be), but I lift weights, although only 30 pounds. I'm 148 pounds now, around. I'm looking to get loose, and be significantly larger after the holidays summer. Assuming that I workout 3 times a week for about an hour or more in the gym while drinking protein drinks after training, I expect to get a good amount of muscle mass. Maybe 1 pound of muscle, at least?
No problem, at least a pound.
