I'm all sued by the Bally's Fitness.?

I already had a membership and took me to my cousin as my guest. It began to speak to her about getting a membership and was a $ 5.00 per month the type of things first. I told the sales guy that I did not want on my membership, but had no to pay $ 5.00 so I gave him my credit card. He returned and told me to sign my receipt of credit card and that was it. (I said more than once I do not want on my membership) My mother and her friend also came and told me not to put in my membership. My cousin also asked if he could return to the days Next after I had some time to think if he wanted the membership and said thats fine. He never took a picture and never gave us anything else. Then a week later I get another post out of my bank account and was a member of Bally share (I had already paid my membership of the month) so I put a suspension payment through my bank. Now I'm getting sued $ 1,000 for this. What should I do?

Take them to court. If you have not signed anything authorizing consider that money from your credit card every month, then you do not have to pay. If they get nasty, compare to some lawyers who would be willing to take the case.
