Exercise Gym Plan

I need help with an exercise plan … no time for the gym?
Seriously the need to start working out .. find the motivation is a problem, but the real problem is to work two jobs and I have no time or money to go to a gym. It can not afford expensive equipment. I think I could take 30 minutes to an hour at home at least four times a week. The real question is, what kind of exercises should I do? Serious need to lose belly fat and excess of fat in the arms, hips and thighs …. I just have no idea how to address these areas. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I lost a total of 120 pounds so far. I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but want to get a maximum of 45 minutes and must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to climb. Must be in the morning we will start shooting his metabolism. 2. I cut out red meat and fatty foods. Skinnless boneless chicken breasts, baked or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Only eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1 / 2 on his plate, and put the rest. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or the water. It will work, once you get into a routine, they get hooked on the results, and will continue the routine. It has been more a year for me. Also start counting calories. Write them. You will be surprised as to how much more aware of their calorie intake, if you really write it. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, and monitor everything. Allows multiple users, so that all in the family may follow.
