My gym workout seems to be stuck?

Especially when trying to do chest and back together. A man at the gym told me I was killing myself in these 2 routines together, because there are like 5 groups of back muscles to work. Besides chest is just kill myself. I've been seeing the results on my training and want to continue. I was curious what other people did to their routines. His chest and arms is more common and not back and legs? I appreciate boys and girls.

Hi Scrappy, I've found that the lat pulldown machine works most effectively in the chest, back and shoulders. Do 3 sets of 15 in the weight desired, do this about 3 times a week and you should see more definition in his PHISIQUE.
