How to lose the flab?

Im 15 about to be 16 years of age. The weight is really something that shouldn't be too worried. Well … I am a monster fitness. My body is my life. Now i play football and I'm 5'8 171 pounds and have a little muscle very well for me, for my size. I have a problem however. There is a huge lump that sticks in my navel area and fat. Ive had since the 7th grade ABS, and when the wrestling season for me an I January was 152 pounds to 171. Ive been gobbling food as a fat man who has been trapped on a desert island. Last semester I had weight training and I was a little larger muscle. this semester i only have basic classes and have no access to a gym. My stomach is fine, in fact, my top 4 abs are visible, but … I am a huge bag navel. its shameful. Ive never had weight problems ever experienced in my life. I have no idea how to fix this problem. probably 5-8k calories consumed day. I have to fix this fast.

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it allows you to lose weight evenly throughout the body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas should be directed exercises. If they are your problem areas that will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work twice of them. The best approach is: 1. Lower / control your daily calorie intake (normal weight control, lower for overweight). 2. Run / jog to lower your percentage of body fat in general. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your fingers under something (heavy furniture, for example). In their little hands Hold a dumbbell. Please make sure that there is very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or damage your back and spine! Gently move your upper body until it is parallel to the ground. Stop for a second and move it to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Each week, add the number of repetitions. You will see results within a week, guaranteed! You can see or feel under the fat – if you have any – Six Pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there is no result. With the dumbbells you will see in a week.
