Demographics What are the best for your school?

Much has been written about the demographics are best for a martial arts school. In almost all cases, the response has been presented as if all schools are the same, so the answer has been a "one size fits all answer." If you know anything about me is that I do not believe in "one size fits all."

The truth is that the best demographics of the school depends on what type of school are planning. You have to think about who your students are going to be, then study each resource in your area to find out their income where they live, and how move frequently.

Single-family housing

These have always been regarded as the best location for a school, and that may be correct, depending school. For children-oriented martial arts schools of family type, found within a community of houses with a few primary schools may ideal.
