Are there any restrictions to the health club Govt to clean and change the water in the pool?

I joined this health club (Lifetime Fitness), and was greatly affected by water quality .. I saw some debris on the bottom of the plant and hair floating … I just want to know how often are forced to clean the water .. and pool. ~

I also belong to a fitness for life. Of course, you should talk to the manager. All that 'pride' itself is the general appearance and cleanliness of facilities. Regardless of the state health requirements, I suspect it will act to keep the pool clean.
