I was hoping that someone who knows things about the team in the gym could make a list of what to do, how many representatives of what and so on. I'm trying to lose weight as I do 33 minutes on the elliptical … been kind of afraid to use the weight machines. They have all the basics of the leg things, the arm of things … whatever. : O) Please someone help me! Thank you!
