Goodlife Fitness Gyms
Can you make a general assessment of fitness / personal training in a gym without a partner?
I'd love to have an assessment of condition, and have all the equipment at work (free), but I'm not sure how to use properly, as representatives of many and how much weight and how to use free weights. Can I go to a gym like Goodlife or Premier (both Canadians) and we get an assessment of fitness and a few sessions with a trainer without getting a full member, because it does not need, just the training? Or is it that most sites require membership?
