How do I start a realistic exercise program with limited equipment in the gym at my apartment building?

All my gym has is: a machine leg press a bench press machine can be adjusted to make a shoulder press. Lat pulldown machine also has a pulley background for lat rows. A stationary bike elliptical one thing a treadmill that was it. N freeweights. How do I start with a good strength training / program fitness that does not suck, just by using these resources, you can stick with? What should the program consist of? How many times a week? How many reps? How can I adjust the program as I get more fit? If you care, I am man, 30, 6'1 "and 185 pounds of fat. What can I do about 10 sheets and 1 pullup. pulse of 76 bpm at rest.

Do you have a DVD player? Get a DVD and good use of her body against itself. I did and swam a lot and biked a lot. I look great!
