Can anyone give me a gym session, please?

Ok – here's what you should already know, just ask:] I'm a beginner! I'm looking to lose fat and tone. I'm not fit – I have not exercised in years. I can not run or do anything that puts too much pressure on my knee as one would need a piece of gristle! :] I have a gym for use of all types, plus a pool and a web shop and machine weights. I will go 3 times a week for 1 – 1 1 / 2 hours. Any advice or help is very grateful, but what I'm really looking for is a training plan for the first 4-6 weeks:] Thank you lovely people! xxxx
