Workout without weights for a strong and muscular body
Most people think that the only way to achieve an effective and comprehensive training is use weights while training or exercise. Although weights have a place in the world of fitness, there is no book that says a person absolutely has to use weights to build strength, endurance, or even a good looking body.
Some people are simply too busy to fit in a drive to the gym and weightlifting or exercise training. Other people simply can not afford the cost of a gym membership or the costs of fitness equipment.
There is hope however – and this is where the idea of a workout without weights can be really useful. With a little creativity and some modifications to the daily activities, even the busiest person can find time for an effective workout.
Life without the Gym
Believe it or not, in fact, There was a period of time in human history when there were no gyms. Yes, indeed. What in the world did people do to get your daily exercise, before was gold or Bally's or Bowflex? People found a way.
If that means lifting heavy rocks and objects, climbing mountains or running marathons, people found a way to exercise. In ancient Egypt, people threw up sand bags to keep in shape, while the Greeks built (and tossed) rocks and heavy objects, as part of training and exercise regimens.
What is your conclusion? You do not need weights or fancy equipment to get an effective, whole body workout.
Forms of training without weights
If you're looking for exercises without weights, there are many options for explore what will ensure you an excellent workout.
Push-ups (sit) – Viewed as essentially a squat without weight, objective is to develop the muscles of the thighs and buttocks. This exercise can be done by clinging to anything that can provide stability and support (a table, a sink, or desk).
With feet away on the width of the shoulders, with a firm grasp of supported, and with feet on the ground, the individual simply reduces him or herself to the point is as close to the ground as possible.
AMY – This exercise can be done simply by locating a raised area, like a stair or step. If neither is available, find an object, like a book that will allow you to educate yourself off the ground.
With fingers on the edge of the object (the stairs, step, or a book), under the heel of the foot, then lift yourself up on the toes to complete one repetition.
Pull Ups – This gives us a little more of a problem, it does not require the use of a bar or lift any object that can pull yourself up in the gym (ie, a forest in a school or park, or section of a website that stands out). Finding the right place, grip the bar or the door using an underhand grip and allow your body hanging.
Slowly pull yourself up until your chest reaches bar level.
Push Ups – The original and still the best, lizards are the best form of training without weights. Not only train arms and chest, but also provide a decent workout for the abdominals, shoulders and legs. Simply place your hands on the shoulders width apart, stretch your legs and feet out, and keep your back straight.
Bend at the elbows to lower your body, then press down on the ground to build a backup.
Crunches – Nothing works the abs like a few sets of crunches. They require no special equipment or weights, and can be done anywhere there is space. Lie on your back with legs bent. Lift the shoulders off the ground and the crisis of the abdominals. Just lift the body until the shoulders are off the ground – the highest and the risk of back injuries.
