What is a good gym session that delivers results.?
I'm a 22 year old female 5'1 130 pounds Like any girl / woman I work on my stomach, shed a few pounds, to finish everything with a thin little everywhere. Any help with what machines, free weights, cardio … and how long a day each. only a plan of work for my body type.
I think there are some exercises that can be done without gym equipment that are so effective. For example, to get a nice flat, toned stomach, you can not do tons of work AB. You should do cardio, like running, biking or jumping the rope to get rid of the fat layer that lies just above your abs. Therefore, end up losing a few pounds just by toning the stomach due to cardio!
