Gym Workout Plans Women

How can I lose weight with the knee immobilization support?
My husband and I flew to Florida in two months (during the season of costumes swimming) with his parents and we did our plan to lose 10 pounds. to be at our ideal weight then. My husband and I have been jogging, cycling, or hiking every day to lose weight. However, I was in a serious car accident last week which resulted in tearing the ACL and PCL ligaments in his right knee. The doctors have been a key restraint to keep me from the possibility of bending the right knee and I have an appointment with a surgeon in a couple of days. My knee will heal and be okay for me to go to Florida, but still I would feel comfortable in my bathing suit. I have a gym and could continue my weight training upper body, but I do not burn near enough calories to lose weight at the time we left w / o me seem Popeye (do not look good for women). Any suggestions? All welcome!

No red meat.) Also another serving of good fats. To add a 7 meal at 2.5 hours may have another protein shake. And when I say fat, I mean add a good fat such as "flaxseed oil, almonds, almond butter, or fish oil. does not mean the ice, I promise it works, Ive year of trial and error, if you ask for more details, please notice that I am not trying to sell defering something or some shit website to buy products such as pills or half answers out there, spammers. MWF do cardio in the morning with the stomach empty (a secret of the professionals, taking 200 tablets of 400 mg caffeine 30 minutes before training you will have a crazy cardio workout, I use "Vivre" but can not be where you AVAILBLE) for 50-60mintues, his choice only to maintain the heart rate. hell freak him how much strengthened in 4 weeks. You do not needs to do more cardio than this, great job.
