I need a good upper body workout routine at the gym?
I need a good upper body workout routine at the gym. I will not forget and muscle group.
Personally, I use a shovel, a couch nearby, mower, hammer / AX, fork and hay bales. Used at least one Once a week each, using all the muscle groups in my torso, and more. And it costs me nothing – except a new handle occasionally.
