Training in health and fitness? ?

I am 24 and work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. I've always wanted to work with people and have an 'active' career as opposed to an office job but there are downsides to my job, for example, little financial security and less opportunities for greater fitness advisors. So I am considering a career change or returning to college to improve my credentials and ensure long-term career physical health or rehabilitation exercises. Does anyone have any suggestions on which way the study? What was to be able to do with those skills? It would an ambition of mine to have private clients or open a sports clinic in the distant future. Thanks for your advice in advance.
