Exercise plan?
I'm 22 years old and weighs 100 pounds. I'm healthy and eat 2000 + calories a day, including a well balanced diet (I have the very high metabolism). I do not have a job that keeps me very active (work office) and, recently, my body has begun to feel very tense and sore. I need a plan exercises that will work for my body type as well as keep me interested, as I get bored in the exercise alone. My friends have members in the gym and my boyfriend works in the construction (the last thing you want to do when he gets home is the exercise). HELP!?!?
Darlin 'only needs to work on "fast" at work – 2 minutes of arm exercises at your desk or lifts 2 minutes into the arms of his chair, that sort of thing, and stretches can really make a lot too! If you works in a weight bearing at work 10-15 2 minutes down a day I'm sure that will not help and after you get a little motivated to do more!
