Help with an exercise program for a person's weight?

I am 26 years old, 5'9 "and weighs 135 pounds. I'm looking to get fit again with a march / elevation program. My goal is to increase my cardiovascular endurance, and above all to gain muscle mass to put some weight on my body. Can anyone out there help me with a program? I try to do this from home. I have a weight bench and weights. Because my work schedule, I have little time to join a gym. Thanks for your help in advance!

I cannot suggest real exercises for you to do, but be sure to eat regular meals and snacks that contain large amounts carbohydrate otherwise you will lose weight ….;
