It is the exercise of 16 to 20 minutes a day is enough?

I currently work eight hours five days a week. I am the CNA assigned as lifting, pulling, pushing, squatting, etc. When I get home I usually do a job 16 to 20 minutes of sitting on my stair stepper. Is this enough. Please that I'm doing the work to help weight loss in my buns and thighs. If not enough what else should I do?

I encourage you to keep the exercise of 16 to 20 minutes, which is good they are doing. You may want to do more, but 16 to 20 minutes of training is always better than 0, making that would be better, but most profits go from nothing to where you are. Keep it up. Do not quit.
