No matter what exercise I do with my home gym, my legs did not seem to feel tired the next day …?

I found my legs (or knees in some cases) feeling tired while performing the exercises of the muscles, but never feel "pain" the next day in the same way my arm and chest muscles to do (the good kind of pain, not something sore ouch it hurts). What leg exercises would be best to get a similar exercise with your legs? The only time I've felt this with my legs while running it w / weights tied to his ankles. Also, with the inner thigh workout encounter that can only move the leg to a very small distance, is that normal for this sport? Anything more and finish my hips in motion, turning my leg etc. ..
