The Pros and Cons of a Weider home gym

Weider Advantage – Offers up to 240 pounds resistance (upgradeable to 440 pounds) and 65 years

Another feature found only in the Weider Platinum (and Platinum Plus) is the model Digital Resistance Control. This means you can change its resistance with the touch of a button – no manual adjustments needed.

The advantages of gyms Weider home are that they are space efficient, more affordable gyms weights, and can give you a total body workout. They offer a variety of exercises (65 +) To work the major muscle groups. They can also be a viable (and affordable) alternative to the more expensive Bowflex Power Rod gyms home.

It is also important to note that although the guarantees of the machines tend to be short, is a lifetime warranty on the rails.

Disadvantages to Weider machines is that, for the most part, these machines are the economy (especially the Weider Max and Weider Crossbow Advantage).

They are not built with the same high level of construction and other brands of home gym and as such can not hold up long term as well as other brands.

In addition, some people do not like the kind of resistance that will Ballesta models, arguing that a weight machine with pulleys, giving a better range of motion and a more sophisticated type resistance.
