What can I do to improve my physique, as the male model?

I'm 21 years old, 5'9, average 143 lbs. I have worked before and muscular but until I realized that did not suit my frame Asia than good. My plan now is to be thin, and very defined and a little bulky in the right places (if you know what I mean). – Muscles make me look taller instead of thicker. Also I have access to a gym, creatine, protein supplements and after completing training. But as of now I have time. How about a program at home using a bar?

to be honest the best way not to go on a diet as I've tried all and diet pills and dont work lol but just change your diet and bathing 4-5 times per week for about an hour each time that tones your tummy and your whole body to wonderful too! I lost 2 1 / 2 stone since May and that as their big loads too im eating the right foods but instead of trying to swim its great arobics Aqua and really fun! great question goodluck!
