Any suggestions on workouts at home?

My husband and I had a gym membership last year, and is one of the best things we done to help get into shape and stay fit. However, this year some things came up, and we can not afford to renew our membership. Work from home requires discipline and dedication. Do some exercise routines that have helped you? What are they and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?

The same thing happened to me. I had a membership last year and now I can not afford it. So what I did was I got a set of weights and a tread mil. First I run the tread million over five minutes. Then stretch the leg thighs, chest, arms muscles. Back in the tread million jogging for 20 minutes. And as you start doing 3 sets of weights for the desired body part every ten repetitions. In total, it takes about an hour and a half.
