First time in the gym … How much I push myself?

I'm about 28llbs on weight and have not been to the gym in about ten years or something …. I do not exercise at all, (just the usual running after the children) … I tryed exercises at home in the past, but end up doing so, (exhausting do myself or injury) that makes me too soon … Instrustors I know the gym is going to push me, so more should do so … this I know that I keep coming back … The question !…. Thanks How long and how much should I do when I go first?

Im going to go for an hour and about 10 minutes in each thing, maybe you should try 45 minutes or half an hour. dont push yourself or you quit, and I really do not want to stop now; o) good luck! : O)
