Weight loss good exercises I do at home?

I am 17, male and am trying to lose some extra weight. I do not have a gym, because I was very sick for 8-10 weeks, but I'm the best and I shed some weight fast for summer. I have no computer, only a mattress and a large flat the room! Any suggestions? Of course there are the obvious sit and press, but any alternative suggestions burn fat? Thank you!

If your goal is to lose weight and stay fit for long, since all the research I did and my personal experience, this is what I suggest: Remember: Fitness is 70 percent of the diet and exercise 30 percent. So healthy eating is more important than doing thousands of crunches. Basically, you should try to lose weight and fat and build muscles and tone the muscles you already have. First, eat 6 times a day every three hours. Some healthy snacks are: (1) butter sandwich peanut, especially in the morning: do not worry, peanut butter is good fat, the kind that the body needs. I add celery in it, which surprisingly tastes good. (2) Fruits: a day I eat two apples, two bananas, two oranges and other seasonal fruits. The fruits have calories but are filling low. (3) baby carrots: it can be hard to eat first, but the taste is not bad if you get used to it. (4) energy bars / granola bars: choose those with less than 5 grams of fat per serving (5). Soy milk: will take away your hunger and also for building muscle protein. Secondly, avoid eating a heavy meal and follow the rule of eating every 3 hours (see the first above). Do not eat within 3 hours before going to bed, except for a small serving light snacks mentioned above. Well, do not miss breakfast. Third, begin to run or do any cardiovascular exercise such as swimming, or a walk power, 5 times a week. Fourth, how to tone abdominal muscles: Every day I (1) regular abdominal (2) bicycle abdominal (3) 30 degree angle to the upper abs abs (= lift the upper body only 30 degrees above the ground and hold for three seconds and below), (4) starts flapping of the lower abdominals. Start with 60 repetitions in some systems and increase up to 200 reps in 4 sets a day with a minute rest between sets. Good luck.
