What does the onset of multiple gym to do?

I have one of those machines at home multi gym, but I want to know if you do things like bench presses. I can not go into a gym to do bench press or the lifting of the bar along with two dollars in the tip on the shoulders … so I asked if the whole strengthens those muscles Multi Gym? multi gyms offer the convenience of training full body at home. they dont quite compared to free weights, but are safer, more compact and easier to use. machine shown in the photo is a basic model. when you sit and push the bar to the outside, simulating a chest press. Work chest, triceps, shoulders, and to some extent. also has pads on the feet so you can sit and squeeze the pads together in front of you, making a movement of the fly in the chest, specifically targeting the chest. by Above you is a lat pulldown bar. sitting, reaching and grasping the bar. pull it toward your upper chest. This lat work the back muscles. than their attachments to the final leg home to work are the legs. sit and lift the leg pad to stretch their legs. this works the quad muscle. of Standing in front of the machine, put your leg behind the leg pad and curl your leg, lifting the pad. this works the hamstring, the back of your thigh. should not be a cable near the bottom of the apperatus somewhere where you can connect a cable and allows short bar bicep curls standing. to work the shoulders, sitting in his chair, lean forward and push the bar so you are pushing over his head.
