How do I download my gym?

Well I'm contemplating purchasing a home gym from a dealer online (fitnessfactory) of all Anyway I was reading your shipping policy and stated that the customer is responsible for unloading the boxes from the back of trucks. How hell am I going to a load of 300 pounds off home gym out of the van? I have a forklift.
