Training Tips home equipment?

I'm looking to buy my first piece of home gym equipment. I can only spare about $ 150 now, so my options are pretty limited. I have the hope of finding something that works more than a destination area. If necessary, abdominal and lower body are the key areas that need to work. Any suggestions? I've heard great things about the swing Ab, but it will not touch the legs.

I would go with a treadmill. You get a great cardiovascular workout and is a good way to start. You can look around and find a good machine used to suit his purpose.
