Kids Fitness Articles

You know what is CrossFit?
I wonder if anyone can explain to me, better information, which is CrossFit. I've seen videos on YouTube and read articles in the newsletter CrossFit Kids. It is clear to me fitness is an approach based on multi-disciplinary tasks. But how to actually perform or continue CrossFit? I noticed that there are certain exercises that seem normal in the CrossFit protocol (dumbell squat & presses up, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping abdomen, changes kettleball, standing on the head …) is this right or I'm just imagining? Could you elaborate a little? Thanks
The best source is the very website and their FAQ: http://www.crossfit.com/ http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/faq.html CrossFit is simply an exercise regime that is based full fitness. It incorporates some Olympic style weightlifting exercises, some gymnastics, calisthenics, resistance work, and mixes it all together. I would recommend navigation of your website and message board, there are many resources there to help people new to CrossFit. Be careful before starting a CrossFit workout plan. Are rigorous and can, like any other physical activity, cause injury when done incorrectly. They have videos that show most of the exercises there on the site. Moreover, check to see if there is a CrossFit gym in your area. Check out the right side of this page under "affiliates" for a list of CrossFit gyms state / country. Http: / / www.crossfit.com/cf-affiliates/ Hope this helps.
