I saw that article and laughed! I had the same thought. At school I had a coach I was always working my butt off, and during the summer I was climbing trees, playing ball, swimming, whatever. When my head hits the pillow at night, I was out in less than five seconds. This is almost as ridiculous as child therapists. What the hell is this world? If a teen is overweight, unplug the computer and cast out all the little Debbie cakes. Then go buy him / her some good ski shoes.
