How to get that spark back into a marriage of 4 years and stop fighting all the time?

Im 25 and my husband is 30. We've been together since I was almost outside SA and was in college. We have been married for 4 years. I love him to death, but something is missing. (we have or want children) We are constantly striving any and everything from food to laundry service, a family fitness, news, sports, whatever. Some of these struggles become silent treatment days (for my husband, I can not keep his mouth shut all this time) because every fight is now a big fight. It used to be disagreements, now everything is WW III. What about us? Why are we acting this way? I just want to be happy again, and I love this person so much, why do not we love it seems like a lot? What you need to make us fight like this? He says Nag and constantly complain, I say I do not listen and they care about things that seem very serious (gym, food, bills, etc). It is easier, and always paid the bills, etc., we must fight!

My husband and I have been married longer than you have been alive. Never fought until about 2 years and then things got ugly. We were fighting in ways that were ruining everything good between us. I left because I could not anymore. I thought our marriage was over. Like you: I said annoyed and complained all the time and told me not to listen to me and cared nothing what was important to me. I had it pegged as a passive-aggressive and I was sure I was emotionally abusive. The more we think that more harm than I did … and less value it all the good things we had together. When I left, I took a course that rocked my world. I realized I was blaming for everything that was wrong with me life instead of being responsible for the decisions I made led me to where I was. I realized that I created everything as it was – the way they treated me the way where he was treated. Of course I came home and told him so. I took the responsibility. I do not apologize as much as I promised to make different decisions. So I kept my promise. My life began to be different because I was different. Me being the person I am and I want to be, no matter what is happening around me or act like everything changed. My husband began to be different, my children (all in their 20's) began to be different, my parents, my sister, my friends, even people who never met before I was differently. I can not teach the course in an A to a Q, but I will say this: you're reacting to things and people in place to act, the conscious choice and deliberately. When you fight with your husband, for example, you are choosing the right as if that is the most important. It is not. If you think you would notice that his need to be right on the road is much, much more important things. I'm not saying anyone defeat you or walk over you, I'm just saying that you have options that work but do not see them because you are choosing to fight even when we know that does NOT work. What do you want to create in your life? If you want a happy marriage then make decisions that build your marriage, not destroy it. Looking forward, not backward. In all that we ask: Is this brings me closer to achieve my goals or more of them. Choices they make conscious and deliberate. Make commitments: to his word and then keep their word – especially for you. Hope this helps to think along a different line.
