LA Fitness HELLLLLPPP?

I need some help. like many other 100 people I'm fighting with LA Fitness, on the cancellation of my membership. I signed up for membership of 24 months. I've been there for 1 year 08/02/2009 so I'm trying to cancel before my 2 years, which are trying to charge me £ 130 pounds to make. I have read about my contract and states the back of Section 6.4. You may cancel your agreement after its initial term or one calendar month before the initial period is completed by giving notice of one month calenders. In the Section of statement reads: In an application for membership of the fitness club LA (above) for the initial period of 12 months and make the payment as stated above. After the first 12 months, I agree that membership continues on a monthly basis for payment of membership dues. What can I cancel the States after 12 months, but if I had not heard anything otherwise my participation will continue?? Please help me with this !!!!!

Im guessing that his wife's name? Why not tell them your pregnancy so you can not even go to the gym. surely they have to take that into account then.
