Why do my feet go to sleep on my cross trainer?

I have a trainer from Life Fitness Cross at home. After about 30 minutes of training feet go to sleep and I feel so uncomfortable that I have to stop training. I've tried different coaches, standing in different positions, moving the fingers of foot, from toes to heels to maintain circulation, but nothing helps! Can anyone offer any advice on how to combat this problem? Thanks in advance

The same thing happened to me before! In general, it has to do with the shoes and how tight they are. Taking also into the pauses and the intervals having exercise machines to help different.
