my knees hurt very very bad?

ok so today i had gym 1st hour and my gym teacher always gives us you can ether run for 20 minuets or walk i mostly walk but i wanted to run today and i ran my schools saris like 3 times
and after school today i went to the fitness room ran 10 minutes on the treadmill road a bike for about 10 minuets did 20 sit ups
and left some weights for about 15 and im trying to loss a lot of body fat and this morning i did 20 sit ups and 20 wall push ups and my knees hurt very bad why and i haven’t exercise in forever.

and im very very sorry about my spelling im in a lot of special ed classes and ive had trouble with this my whole life with the spelling.

I think your knees are hurting because you have used muscles you are not normally using, harder than you normally do. The strain you have put on those muscles is giving you some pain. This pain should lessen in a couple of days. In the meantime, you should rest for at least one day, and if there is redness, pain and swelling, and it is very pain full to move, then you should see a doctor.

My thought is that you have just worked out harder than usual and you will feel better in a couple of days. This is good for you and you may even have grown some muscle, congratulations. If you exercise again in a couple of days it will probably help you to lessen the pain and will surely help you gain muscle and the more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn calories.
