The exercise questions, please help.?

I weigh 335 pounds. I want to lose weight fast. My question is that on the tape in the gym (The One Life Fitness TV) has this feature that says burn fat. When it does, it says my heart rate should be 133 for optimal weight loss. Now, is it true? At such low intensity that it will lose weight fast? I want to save about 140 pounds, then cream up as get really strong. I just need clarification of how low-intensity burns more fat than high intensity then -. Also how I can control overeating? – I also stretch prior to the treadmill?? THANKS! 16 Years Old

I hope that you have to go ahead with the exercise of your doctor you are simply overweight you should have your blood pressure and other vital signs checked before embarking on a weight loss program that includes cardio serious.
