I'm 21 years old, a couple of months from being 22. All my life have been skinny. When I graduated from high school I weighed about 120 pounds. Now I'm entering my 4 years of college and the last time I weighed was 200. I really want to lose weight. It seems as if all my weight is going to my stomach. My stomach is very large. I want to lose weight, but do not know where to start. Where I live there are not many resources. The nearest health club is almost an hour away and I have no money. I started running when school starts back, but I have no one to do with me. at school we only have the gym and athletes use 95% of the time. Help What can I do to lose this weight !!!!!!!!!!!

They say that 80% of an adjustment figure done in the kitchen. Watch what you eat! Stick to vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy sources of protein (tofu, lean meats, nuts, legumes). Your dilemma sounds complicated exercise. Have you tried fitness DVDs? If you are not having a load of courses, join a team junior college sports. And keep walking everywhere, take the stairs when you can, etc. If you're 120 pounds at 18, your metabolism is probably faster than mine! Good luck in your effort weight loss!
