I have a job that takes most of my time and by the end of the week i dont want to?

I just want to socialize and catch up on my sleep. I do not get sick pay, must give a months notice to book a holiday. I like the work, but it is simply too involved in what is it in my work through my lunch hours and stay for a few hours twice a week. I feel I handle my life as i cannot stick to my regimen exercise in the fitness and fatigue is the cause arguments at home with my BF. I work in the financial sector and enjoy it but I think it would be much happier if I was doing gym instructing and IM planning on doing courses to get where I want to be, but I can not do any of them with this work. we must find a new job at I have time to devote to what I do?

You may want to look into better time management techniques. You mention nothing about having children, so 50 hours, the work should be very manageable. This is a different issue of career options. You may want to consider part-time study for a different career and change work. It seems reasonable that sick time or health insurance, unless the contract work, in which case they must negotiate payment of fee to cover those things.
