Weight Loss and Elliptical!??
Hi, so my elliptical is comming tommrow its ( Life Fitness-$2000.00) I need to drop 60-80lbs depending on how feel. I am also doing weightwatchers as my diet….. my plan is to workout on my elliptical 5x a week and do strength training 3-4x with my swiss ball and medicine ball… along with resistance bands and hand/ankle weights. Also doing some jump rope!!! Any ideas or suggestions to help me through this journey??? Any one lose weight using the elliptical??/

ohhh. i love the elliptical. you are quite lucky that you’re getting your very own. i lost about 10 pounds by exercising on it. but i don’t know if it was because of my ridiculous 100 calorie diet…
with that exercise plan, and a weightwatchers diet i’m sure you’re well on your way to shedding those pounds!
