Question about prenatal vitamins …?

I took prenatal vitamins from CVS yesterday (Life Fitness) and I just noticed on the back that says contains fish. Is this brand still OK to drink? Because I thought the fish wasn't good for pregnancy

I'm sure they're good, but you can check with your doctor if you wish. I doubt that putting mercury in vitamin A (which is harmful to the fish), but probably put into fatty acids Omega 3, which I think is what the DHA / ARA is done. This is really good for the baby's brain development. My doctor prescribed an independent Suppliment is basically DHA / ARA, for my pregnancy.
