owners of a gym there, I need some advice.?

I bought a gym a year ago, and now I'm about to buy a little more treadmills. I have spoken with and have some LifeFitness treadmills have been used in the sample, and then sell for less. treadmills are new and all that sounds incredible about them. However, after searching the web the price of Nordic Track, and some treadmills are much cheaper. Is this quality because are cheaper, or the dose matter. I'm looking at commercial Equiptment. I do not want to spend more dollars if I can get something that is so good for less. Does anyone out there one its own gym and know what brand it is a good brand to stick. I now have real and LifeFitness treadmills but they are really old, so I'm not sure exactly what is the best brand. I personally like using a better brand for my personal training, but again these are really older models. I would appreciate any advice
