Lifefitness Machine
Accuraccy elliptical machine?
I usually do 30 minutes on an elliptical trainer at level 15 LifeFitness resistance. Usually burn more than 600 calories (or so says the machine) of about 100 calories per 5 minutes. The machine works well and I can burn the same amount in others. Just seems hard to believe because when I run the tape around 7.0 mph can burn about 150-200 less than the elliptical, but I'm more breathless and much more difficult. Just do not make sense to me could someone please help me here …
You should take the readings with a grain of salt. Only be used to measure the effort that has worked. If he did 30 minutes on the elliptical and says that burning 600 calories. Then you know if it was below 600 the next time you were not so hard. These readings, while not required in any of these devices. Much more factors in the amount of calories burned as well as its weight. A woman of 200 pounds of fat that is 5'3 "is going to burn more calories than a cornerback 5'11" 200 pounds of the NFL in the same configuration. It is to get someone more calories to do the same activities as someone who is fit.
