Next Generation Fitness Clubs

Is it the right to have a lifeguard at the pool at all times the UK only pls?

I use the gym "next generation" and sometimes the life guard is away for as long as 30 minutes, but a poster on duty / off duty ', and the maximum depth is 4 feet so that there is a loophole, if a child began to choke on water or that someone has had a heart attack in the pool would be my job to do CPR, while rescuers on a break or shift?

I do not think there is a law … only an obligation to provide any coverage, if there is a sign saying no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk …..
