Smith Machine

Smith machine?

I use the Smith machine instead of bb bench press. I realize that this leaves the stabilizers, but I do it in press banking weighs as much as a blacksmith. Will this make you to forget the stabilizers on the flat BB bench? If I go completely DB Smith and the bank, is the number of bank bb plane down or stop the growth?

I use the Smith machine and free weights. He profits. No problem if you ask me.
