upper body how to get bigger and stronger and lower body without equipment?
I'd like to get stronger and larger in both the upper and lower body, but I have no work outside the team. Any suggestion excercise? And the last question. Is 2 months enough time to see a good improvement in strength?
well ….. when I was in military training my teacher used to tell us how they would do push-ups ….. while in the standing position by hand ….. and were torn! lol good luck for you that its not easy tried and could only make 5 if I am a woman but you do not know what im talking til you try it good luck to you lol
