Tips to lose weight? Please help!?
I am currently 112 pounds and stand 5 feet 2 inches from the ground. I'm not chubby but recently signed to the gym! I lose everything I can get to the point where I can start building abs. What is a ideal weight for someone my height to have a package 4.6? Plus, what should I exercise to work on a six pack and lose fat at the gym? What things do i use? 10 points for best answer! please help!
So now you are at a healthy weight, but you have some leeway to lose weight and underweight now be considered, its BMI is 20.5. So I'm guessing maybe if you lost 7 lbs. of fat that you could get a six pack, but remember that muscle weighs more than the fat. I recommend eating lots of vegetables because they help people who want to reach your ideal weight to lose or gain weight depending on how you need to go. As for exercises you could do, planks and crunches are good. I know of no computer that could be used, but I know pilates and ballet (I know you're a man but) really work on his core.
