What do you think of this kind in the form – or moderately intense cardio? Ever heard of "Boot Camp"?

I bought a fitpass, my university offers plenty of fitness classes scheduled throughout the week (zumba, kickboxing, yoga, abs, pilates, total body workout) and there is one called Boot Camp, "A fast and fun workout – this class combines jump rope, conditioning drills, relays, and basic training more! Come play! "Do you think it will be a really good workout? As a recording session 400-500 cal? Simply I can not decide if this is something my school created or if other gyms that have too much and someone can give me the same consideration. Normally I just go to it, but tomorrow at 8am and I have to wake up at 645 and take the bus in the rain – so we want it to be worth it! But has anyone heard of this kind?

Yes! I took the training camp at my gym last week and loved it! Started my butt and left me sore for days. The best job I ever had at a time, apparently. I'd say probably 500 to 600 per class, if you push, and a good resistance training! Try it.
